Based in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, I find so much inspiration in the calm and connection to nature that surrounds me. After years of living in London and Bristol, moving to a more rural setting encouraged me to slow down, embrace mindfulness, and begin a deeper spiritual journey.

It started with small practices — lighting incense during quiet moments, meditating with crystals, and creating cosy rituals with candles in the evenings. Over time, these rituals became an important part of my life, helping me feel more balanced, grounded, and connected.

With over 10 years of experience as a freelance copywriter working with inspiring lifestyle and wellbeing brands, I felt drawn to create something of my own. Something that reflected my values of mindfulness, intentional living, and beauty in the everyday. When I’m not working on Eve and Aura, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, walking my dog, or spending time with my husband and son.
